Cationic magnetic microspheres are polydisperse amino magnetic microspheres composed of a magnetic core and a polymer shell. It has the advantages of fast magnetic response, good suspension and large specific surface area. The polymer shell on the surface of the microspheres introduces a large number of cationic groups into the magnetic microspheres, and the cations have a strong adsorption capacity for nucleic acids. This product is suitable for cell-free DNA extraction and purification.
