
VDX Core A features a unique structure ,high-rigidity agarose core coupled with an octylamine functional group, and enclosed in an inert shell.The size-exclusion limit of 500 kDa. It combines gel-filtration with multimodal ion-exchange and hydrophobic interactions. At high-conductivity conditions,molecules >500 kDa flow through the pores, while impurities <500 kDa are captured by the internal octylamine groups. This design effectively removes small proteins and impurities, making it ideal for flow-through purification.
